The University of Kentucky College of Dentistry is seeking applications for a non-tenure track Assistant, Associate, or Professor in the Division of Orofacial Pain in the Department of Oral Health Science, and the Center for Oral Health Research (COHR). The general qualifications for this position include a PhD in Clinical Psychology, strong potential for future research funding, and training & publications in the area of chronic orofacial pain.
The primary responsibility of this position will be to develop a successful and funded research program for the COHR. The position will also support the research efforts of graduate students in the College of Dentistry. In addition, significant time will be designated to providing supervision of the clinical care provided by graduate psychology students in the orofacial pain clinic. The faculty member in this position will support the College’s mission and goals to increase research efforts in the COHR, assist faculty and residents in developing research protocol in the college, provide clinical supervision for psychology graduate students in the orofacial pain clinic, and provide statistical support of faculty and residents’ research efforts.
