The University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, Department of Restorative Dentistry, is presently conducting a search for part-time faculty who will concentrate on directing a group of 35 to 40 Junior and Senior dental students in the School of Dental Medicine (SDM) pre-doctoral clinics. The primary responsibility of the Group Director is to ensure that all patients are receiving appropriate and timely treatment. They work regularly with Patient Managers and Dental Care Coordinators to achieve this goal. The Group Director will supervise patient care and also address clinical problems and patient concerns (both on and off the clinic floor). Group Directors meet regularly with students and evaluate their patient families, clinical requirements and clinic performance.
