The Department of Prosthodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine (TUSDM) is seeking applications for a clinical track full or part-time faculty position at the Assistant Professor level. Responsibilities include teaching all phases of conventional and digital prosthodontics in post-doctoral prosthodontics didactic courses and clinic. Participation in scholarly activities is expected. Applicants should possess the experience and skills to provide clinical coverage in all aspects of advanced prosthodontics. Dedication to excellence in teaching students according to the guidelines set by the department, proficiency with technology abreast of current evidence-based dentistry and excellent communication skills are highly desirable.

 

Qualifications

Applicants must possess a DDS/DMD or equivalent degree, certificate of advanced education in Prosthodontics from a CODA-accredited institution and be eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Preference will be given to candidates with board certification or board eligibility from the American Board of Prosthodontics, prior experience in post-graduate education, interdisciplinary care of patients and application of digital technology.
