Clinical Assistant Professor/Clinical Associate Professor

The responsibilities of the successful applicant will include clinical and didactic teaching of prosthodontics at the postdoctoral and predoctoral levels; research and productive participation in faculty practice and administrative responsibilities. Candidates should demonstrate clear potential for academic growth in teaching, research, clinical practice and administration. The individual should possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.


Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • DDS/DMD from a CODA accredited institution or equivalent foreign degree.
  • NYS dental license or eligibility.
  • Certificate in Prosthodontics from a CODA accredited postdoctoral program.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Board certification by the American Board of Prosthodontics (ABP).
  • PhD, MS or other advanced degree.
  • Experience with digital dentistry (CAD/CAM design and fabrication).
  • National recognition for scholarly and publication activity and participation in national organizations related to area of expertise.
  • Greater than 3 years of clinical, teaching and administrative experience.
