Salary Range: Senior Lecturer: $86,443 - $99,677 per annum. Salary package, including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $101,139 - $116,622 per annum.
Lecturer: $70,566 - $83,799 per annum. Salary package, including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $82,563 - $98,046 per annum plus a dental loading.

The Role:
Griffith clinical curricular are firmly founded on interdisciplinary, comprehensive patient care. Most clinical teaching appointments are, therefore, designated as General Dental Practice. Specialist advice is provided by designated Senior Staff in all the major clinical disciplines. The School is seeking to make an appointment with a special interest and/or specialist qualifications in Prosthodontics, Restorative or Paediatric Dentistry.
Duties for this appointment will be predominantly at the School’s main clinic in Southport, with a requirement to undertake shorter postings at clinics where senior dental students are on outplacements.
The level of appointment will be dependent on the qualifications and experience of the chosen candidate.
The Person:
The Appointee Must Have:
• A Dental Qualification, registrable with the Dental Board of Queensland;
• Experience in laboratory, didactic and clinical teaching in General Dentistry;
• Evidence of a high level of clinical experience, applicable to the area of General Dental Practice and to one of the specialties designated above;
• Demonstrated significant personal contribution and commitment to high quality teaching at all levels and a willingness to develop, deliver, assess and evaluate courses for the suite of Oral Health Programs, both with undergraduate and postgraduate courses;
• A willingness to participate in School administrative functions, as directed by the Head of School.
