About the School
The Louisiana State University School of Dentistry was founded in 1968 and is the only dental school in the state. It is located in the City Park area of New Orleans, Louisiana on a 23-acre campus.
The School of Dentistry is one of six schools comprising the University’s Health Sciences Center. It is staffed by more than 130 full and part-time faculty and serves approximately 300 students in pre-doctoral and graduate training programs.
